KMS Komerc d.o.o. was founded in Mladenovo, the heart of Vojvodina, with a clear mission: to connect Serbian farmers with European markets, with integrity and reliability at every step of the partnership.
Over decades, we have built a network of subcontractor farmers who trust us because we deliver exactly what we promise — from organizing the sowing season all the way through to final delivery. KMS Commercial Int. has extended our reach into the European market.

What We Do
From cooperative agreements to export on the European market — we support you through the entire value chain.
We have developed a strong agricultural wholesale business — purchasing market surpluses and placing them on both domestic and international markets, always meeting the required quality standards.
Since our founding, cooperative farming has been at our core. We contract production with farmers, organize soil preparation, supply inputs, coordinate harvest and storage, and procure agreed crops.
In line with market needs and with applied quality control, we carry out import and export of soybean, corn, wheat and other crops. We continue our progressive growth on the European market.
What We Trade
How We Work
We sign a cooperative agreement defining the crop, acreage and procurement terms. Clear, transparent, no surprises.
We organize soil preparation for sowing and supply all required inputs — seeds, fertilizers and crop protection agents.
We coordinate the harvest, take delivery of the goods and arrange storage capacity. Logistics is our responsibility — not yours.
We purchase at agreed prices and place the goods on domestic and international markets — with full quality control throughout.
